Orders and payment
How does an order work?
Choose a service and options in the calculator and pay. Your money is held in escrow, a verified booster takes the order, does the work and marks it as delivered. You check the result and confirm — only then does the booster get paid.
How can I pay?
With your GoodGameBoost balance, by card or PayPal (via Stripe) or in cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). If your balance doesn't cover the whole price, the rest is charged with the method you choose.
What if I didn't finish paying?
The order waits for payment for 24 hours — you can continue paying from the order page. After that it is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while no booster is assigned — with a full refund to your balance. After that, open a dispute if something is wrong. See the Refund Policy.
How do I talk to my booster?
Use the chat on the order page. For your safety, don't move the conversation or payments outside GoodGameBoost.
Safety
Is it safe to give my game account details?
They are stored encrypted and shown only on request to the booster working on your order (and to administrators if there is a security issue or dispute). Every view is recorded, and the details are deleted when the order ends. Change your password after the order and never share your e-mail password.
Can my game account be penalised?
Our boosters are forbidden to use cheats or third-party software, but some games don't allow account sharing or boosting, and publishers decide on penalties themselves. Read section 7 of the Terms of Service.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card details are entered on the Stripe page; we only get the result of the payment.
How do I protect my GoodGameBoost account?
Use a unique password and turn on two-factor authentication on the Security page of your account. Keep the backup codes in a safe place. If you suspect someone has access, use “Sign out everywhere”.
Refunds and disputes
What happens in a dispute?
The money stays in escrow while an arbiter reviews the chat, progress and screenshots. The decision can be a full refund, a payment to the booster or a partial refund. Both sides get an e-mail with the result.
Where does refunded money go?
To your GoodGameBoost balance. You can spend it on new orders or withdraw it.
Balance and withdrawals
How do I top up my balance?
Open Wallet and choose “Top up”: from $5 to $2,000 by card, PayPal or crypto.
How do I withdraw money?
In Wallet, create a withdrawal request: PayPal, Wise, USDT (TRC-20) or bank transfer, from $10 to $10,000. You need a confirmed e-mail address. Requests are processed by our team, usually within [payout processing time].
Why do I need to confirm my e-mail?
So that order updates and password reset links reach you, and so that nobody can withdraw money from an account with someone else's address.
For boosters
How do I become a booster?
Send an application on the Become a booster page: games, ranks, profile links and screenshots. A moderator usually replies within 24–48 hours. Please read the Booster Rules first.
When do I get paid?
As soon as the customer confirms completion or an arbiter decides a dispute in your favour, the payout is added to your balance. Then you can withdraw it.
What if my verification is revoked?
You will see the reason on the Become a booster page. You can't take new orders, but orders already assigned to you stay with you. You can apply again after 7 days.
Account
I didn't get the confirmation e-mail.
Check your spam folder. You can request a new e-mail from the banner at the top of the site once a minute.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. The reset link works for 1 hour and signs you out on all devices.
How do I delete my account?
Write to support@goodgameboost.com from the address of your account. Some payment records are kept as required by law — see the Privacy Policy.
