Booster Rules
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These rules apply to everyone who takes orders on GoodGameBoost. You accept them when you send a booster application. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Draft. This document is being prepared for launch. Highlighted fields will be filled in once the company details are final.
1. Verification
- To take orders you need an approved application. In it you list up to 5 games with your current and peak rank, a link to a public profile and a rank screenshot (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 1 MB), and tell us about your experience, region, languages, time zone and Discord username.
- A moderator usually reviews the application within 24–48 hours. The application can be approved, sent back with a request for more information, or rejected with an explanation.
- After a rejection you can apply again in 7 days.
- Give only true information about yourself and your ranks. Using someone else's profile or screenshots is a reason for rejection and a ban.
2. Taking orders
- Verified boosters see paid orders in Find Orders. You can take an order at the listed payout or offer a bid: at least $1 and no more than 90% of the customer's price. The customer chooses which bid to accept.
- Take only orders you can complete on time and at the required level.
- If you can't do an order, decline it before you start the work — it will return to the queue. After you start, problems are solved through a dispute.
3. Doing the work
- Press “Start work” when you begin, and post honest progress updates; add screenshots where it helps.
- Answer the customer in the order chat and warn them in advance about any delays.
- Mark the order as delivered only when the work is really finished.
4. Fair play and customer accounts
- No cheats, scripts, macros, exploits or third-party software that break the game's rules.
- Do only what the order requires. Don't touch the customer's items, in-game currency, friends list, settings or purchases.
- Never change the password, e-mail or security settings of a customer's account, and don't use it after the order.
- Behave respectfully in the game, so that the customer's account does not receive reports or penalties because of you.
5. Confidentiality of login details
The customer's login details are shown to you on request only while you are working on the order, and every view is recorded. Don't copy, save or pass them on. They are deleted automatically when the order ends.
6. Communication only on GoodGameBoost
Talk to customers only in the order chat. Don't share or ask for external contacts, payments or tips outside the platform, and don't offer to continue working privately. Don't ask for a good review in exchange for anything.
7. Payouts
The payout is credited to your balance when the customer confirms completion or when an arbiter decides a dispute in your favour. In a partial refund, your payout is reduced proportionally. You can withdraw your balance under the rules in the Terms of Service. You act as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes.
8. Violations
- Depending on the violation, an arbiter may refund the customer fully or partly from the order's escrow.
- We can revoke your verification and tell you the reason. Access to Find Orders closes immediately and your pending bids are withdrawn. Orders already assigned to you stay with you; problems with them are solved through disputes. You can apply again after 7 days.
- For serious violations — fraud, theft of accounts or items, deals outside the platform — we block the account and may hold funds connected to the violation.
